If you are replacing a lost or stolen phone, or you just purchased a new phone, the steps below show you how to recover your credentials.
In order to recover all of your saved credentials from your old phone to a new phone, you must have the Recovery QR Code that was mailed to you when you first registered your account and the passcode used to unlock the StrongPass app on your old phone. If you cannot locate your Recovery QR Code, or don’t remember your old passcode but remember your Authomate website login and password, you can register a new phone, but your saved credentials cannot be restored.
