Your app will automatically get locked after a number of failed login attempts. Your app/device can be unlocked by your Team Administrator, or you can do it yourself by following these steps with your Authomate website account. First log into your Authomate account from the sign in page using your Authomate login ID and password.

Once you are logged in, select the locked device and then bring up the action menu.

Click on UNLOCK to display the unlock confirmation dialog.

Press the UNLOCK button to unlock your device. You should now be able to log into your device using your passcode/gesture.

Note: If you forget your Authomate website password as well, you cannot use forget password to get back both the password and the device passcode. For more information please click here.
