If you forget your StrongPass device passcode and are unable to unlock the StrongPass app, you can reset it as follows:

Open StrongPass app and click on 'Forgot PIN' on the lock screen.

You will be prompted to enter your Authomate login ID and password. .

Then, click on 'Set Device Passcode' to select a new passcode/gesture for your app. You will be prompted to confirm the selected passcode/gesture.

Finally, click on the 'RESET' button on top, to complete the passcode/gesture reset.
