If you know your Authomate website password, you can reset your app passcode yourself. If you don't remember your website password, StrongPass Teams users should contact their Team Administrator and StrongPass Personal users should contact [email protected]. They can assign a temporary passcode to your device so that you can unlock it, then you should go to your app settings and select a new passcode.
Click on Forgot Passcode on the app lockscreen.
Enter your Authomate website login ID and password.
Select and confirm your new passcode.
You will receive a confirmation dialog and email if your passcode change is successful.
