Please go to the sign in page  and click on the "Forgot Password" link as shown below.



The Authomate Forgot Password Form will appear. Enter you Login ID.  This is normally your email address.  If you have a StrongPass Personal and StrongPass Teams account with the same email address, your StrongPass Teams Login ID will be your team domain plus your email address (e.g. team.com/email@team.com). Type the text from the Captcha Image in to the Captcha text field and press Submit.


After Submit, you will receive an email with subject "Authomate Password Reset" with further instructions as shown below.




Clicking on the "HERE" link takes you to the Authomate Account Password Reset page. Enter your Login ID which is either your email address or team domain plus your email address (e.g. team.com/email@team.com). Select a new password and click on "Reset Password" button to complete the Authomate Account password reset.


Congratulations. At this point, you can log into your account.


Important Note: Although your account is now unlocked and you can log into it, certain operations such as resetting the phone passcode/gesture are not allowed until you confirm that you still possess the phone. To unblock these features, simply open the StrongPass app on your phone and enter the correct passcode/gesture. This will unlock the app and re-enable all the features on your account. If you have also forgotten the passcode/gesture  to unlock the app and you are a StrongPass Teams user, contact your team  administrator.
