If a team member is unable to reset their own website password using the Forgot Password procedure, a team administrator can follow the steps below to assign a temporary password.


1) Log into your Authomate website account from the sign in page. Go to Manage Users and select the user from the list. Click on the User Profile menu icon and select Reset Password.


2) Enter your password in the first field and the temporary password for the user in the other two fields, then click the Reset Password button.


3) If the user's StrongPass App is open, they will see a notification in the upper left corner in a few minutes when the updated password has been received by the App. They can also lock and unlock the App to get the update right away. Instruct the user to log into their website account and use the change password procedure to assign a new strong password to their account.
