To delete your individual account please log into your Automate account from the sign in page and open the menu as shown below.
Once your account is deleted, your app will stop working automatically. You may then delete/uninstall the app from the phone. and uninstall the extension from the browser. For Windows you must manually uninstall browser extensions on all your browsers then run the installer (either by double clicking the installer or from Windows installed programs menus) to uninstall BT Agent, PC Logon, and AppConnect. For Mac you need to open a terminal window and go to /Applications/Authomate/StrongPass to manually run the uninstall script.
